We all need people in our lives that love us, challenge us spiritually and help bring us to the next level. Church leaders are no exception. In fact, recent surveys reveal that many church leaders feel alone and not sure who they can talk to. That’s where we come in. With over 35 years of pastoral ministry experience, we understand the ups and downs of ministry life. Our Ministerial Network helps to encourage leaders as we gather each month online and sometimes in person. With collaboration, sincere prayer, practical help, and Biblical support, each leader has the opportunity to grow and never feel alone. The free courses and videos in this section are designed to help you grow as a leader. So take your time to work through them and better yet, do some courses with others. If we can assist you in any way to train for ministry, let us know.
Leadership Courses
2 Corinthians 5:18 says God has “reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.” That passage goes on to say that true Christians are “Christ’s ambassadors.” In other words, all Christians are called to help bring others to Christ just as we have come to know Him ourselves.
Ministerial Courses are not just for those involved in full time ministry. We are all called to dig deep and study the Word, to learn how to encourage, develop and lead others in Christ. These courses will help you do just that! Be sure to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit and do not let it become just an academic exercise but another avenue for you to draw closer to God.
