Live Meeting Options

Thanks for choosing to participate in our online meeting, we are looking forward to seeing you soon! There are several ways to interact with us during our live meeting:

THE ZOOM APP

• Zoom is an app that allows you to both see and hear the hosts in real time, everyone on the call can also see and hear you if you enable your device video and microphone (you will see these options in the Zoom app)

• You can download the Zoom App for your phone, tablet or computer here for free, be sure to choose the free plan

• To watch instructional videos on Zoom click here

• Once you download Zoom, click the Meeting ID link button below to participate in our meeting at the scheduled time (If you are asked for the Meeting Passcode please type this number: 931 4585 7500)

WATCH ON TV

• You can also watch the meeting on TV if you download Zoom on your device (phone, tablet, computer) and have the option to cast or mirror this to your tv screen

• For more info on how to mirror from your device to your tv do the following internet search: “How to mirror from (your device) to (your tv)”

• Realize that your device (not the TV) will give you the options on enabling your video and muting your mic
