We created a separate ministry business that we call, “Parkakletos.” This Greek word means, “one who pleads another’s cause.” In short, our focus is to help churches and ministries love God and people weIl. We know that website are key to telling your story and vision with your community, so that’s why we focus primarily on working with churches, ministries and non-profits.
We use Squarespace because it is very stable and offers several benefits including its user-friendly interface, a drag-and-drop editor, comprehensive features like domain registration, email marketing, and e-commerce tools, built-in SEO capabilities, mobile responsive design, professionally designed templates, and the ability to scale your website as your ministry grows. Their All-in-one platform allows you to manage your domain, hosting, website design, and email marketing all in one place.
What this means for you is that once the site is built, it will not be hard for your people to manage it in most cases, eliminated monthly designer fees. We do offer ongoing support for those who want it however. Whether you want a simple website to get your vision out there or want a more complex site that is well integrated, we got you covered. We are up front with our pricing, no hidden fees. Websites usually take many hours to complete. We start with hearing your story, your vision and your goals and we give you several pre-designed examples to get a feel for what you’re looking for. We will add make it a fully customized site by adding all the text, graphics, and integrations with database systems, and apps. We love automation, so we will work hard to make sure your site will require minimal upkeep and things like social media feeds happen without any extra work at all. Set it up and let it run. You can easily tweak your components from there or hire us to tweak them for you.
Costs
$1200 total for sites that are up to 7 main pages and up to 3 supplemental pages
This includes 2 app integrations within the site (social media connections, YouTube channel, etc.)
Writing and integrating forms (Squarespace, Google, etc.) may be extra depending on the form length
Customer must pay for all Squarespace costs (all in one price includes hosting, domain, email) Click here for details
Sites that require more pages, extra integrations, or extensive work will be evaluated on a case by case basis. All fees will be told up front and put in writing.
Sites that require intensive image implementation, writing, or linking may also be more. All fees will be told up front and put in writing.
Our work is guaranteed! All jobs require a $500 down payment after a detailed invoice is written out with all fees included. If you are not completely satisfied with your site, and we can’t work to resolve it, we will not charge you for the remaining balance. You will be responsible only for the deposit and fees to Squarespace and any other third party apps you paid for your site.
If you desire for us to continue to make tweaks to your site ongoing, let us know and we will quote you a low monthly cost for this
Timeline
For standard 7 page sites without intensive elements, we can usually finish the job in 2-3 weeks. This is very dependent on the amount of time it takes to get the vision and information for the site from the customer and if there are a lot of customer changes.
We will also lay out the expected timeline on our invoice and do our best to stay within the deadlines.
