Our Story
We’ve had the joy of being involved in full time pastoral ministry in the Sarasota, Florida area for over 27 years. In 2021, we felt led by God to step aside as Senior Pastors and prepare for a new season of ministry. Since then we started a ministry called, “Salt & Light”. We are based out of Sarasota, Florida but travel all over to share God’s love and truth. Jesus called Christians to be like salt and light, to make a difference in this world. Our focus is to love God and love people well. We want to see them restored and empowered by the Holy Spirit! We also love to develop and coach leaders. OUTREACH
Whether we are doing acts of kindness, street ministry, disaster relief, or sharing the Gospel, we enjoy showing the love of God to people from all backgrounds and to see His love transform their lives!
TEACHING & TRAINING
We love teaching through speaking engagements and our online discipleship, with over 160 free teachings and many free college level courses to explore Christianity, build faith & train for ministry.
CREATIVE ARTS
We enjoy helping ministries work together to glorify God! With creative arts we work with choirs and teams for worship, dance, drama and celebrations to lift up the name of Jesus in a service or community project.
LEADER COACHING
We love developing and coaching leaders! Whether you want to become a licensed or ordained minister or would like us to come as coaches or consultants to help you or your ministry, we got you covered!

Outreach and Missions
Whether we are doing acts of kindness, street ministry, disaster relief, creative arts, or mission trips, we enjoy showing the love of God in both spiritual and practical ways to people from all backgrounds and to see His love transform their lives!
Speaking Engagements
For over 35 years we have loved engaging with people in a variety of settings like sharing at church services, youth camps, adult conferences, leadership training and mission trips! We love seeing people transformed by the love of God and helping to empower them to make a difference in this world in both spiritual and practical ways.
Discipleship
Jesus called us all to “make disciples.” We do this by speaking engagements, ongoing relationships, leadership training, zoom sessions, and our many free teachings and courses online to explore Christianity, take steps of faith, build foundation, and train for ministry.
“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

You're invited to join us on a four week faith journey. This Zoom Group is hosted by our good friend Pastor Lucy Ann Costa-Quattrone. Lucy Ann is a Life Coach, Speaker and Award Winning Author. In a world filled with noise, it's imperative that we learn to clearly distinguish God's voice from all other voices. Your everyday life will take on new meaning as you come to understand how to clearly hear the voice of God speaking to you. Step into a deeper relationship with God!
